Claire has worked in the corporate world for more than 12 years in some significant roles, including many Senior People and Culture roles for Unisys, Converga, NBN Co, Bain & Co and many others. The corporate world has its way of functioning, which Claire has felt for many years, can be improved; however, the appetite for such change is low. She has since decided that she needs to be the change she wants to see in the world. The People Scene is the vehicle for such change – and to assist those that are ready for it!
Claire lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and is a Director on the Executive Committee at Freshwater Surf Life Saving Club. On the weekend’s you can find her at Freshwater beach or mastering her handstands at gymnastics class.
